# Server Admin Responsibilities

If you add NinjaBot to your Discord server, you are responsible for how the bot's features are configured and used within your server. This includes moderation tools, word filters, greeting messages, and any other server-specific settings.

# Service Changes & Termination

• - We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• - We reserve the right to remove servers or users that violate these terms
• - You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server

# Limitation of Liability

NinjaBot is provided free of charge and without warranty. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the bot or dashboard. This includes but is not limited to service outages, incorrect data from third-party APIs, or unintended behavior.
